Thank you for your interest in joining the University of Jammu Alumni Association (UJAA). We look forward to your support in building up your association.
Kindly follow the procedure before filling up the form
(1) Kindly transfer a minimum of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) to the following account (either through NEFT / IMPS / UPI)

(2) Take a screenshot of the online transaction which reflects the Transaction ID / Reference Number as you will have to upload it on the Google Form . The transaction ID is required to reconcile the transaction against your name in UJAA Bank Account.
(3) Kindly keep a high quality passport photograph handy as you will have to upload it on the form. The picture will be used on the UJAA Life Membership Card
(4) Kindly scan any one of your degree earned from University of Jammu. You will have to upload the same on the form.
(5) For any clarification, you can contact the office of UJAA or Faculty Coordinator of your respective department
