1. Not to take out furniture from the common areas (study hall, recreation room, dining hall) to rooms or outside.
  2. There should be only two chairs in the room.
  3.  Boarders are not to engage in any arguments with employees.
  4. No direct orders are to be given to the employees. Every boarder should remain respectful.
  5. Hang room key on key holder before leaving.
  6. Switch off lights and fans in rooms and common areas while leaving.
  7. No informal meeting are to be conducted within hostel premises.
  8. Boarders are not to disturb others by inviting friends from other rooms.
  9. T.V volume is to be regulated.
  10. No heaters /induction cookers and other similar gadgets are allowed in the room. Violation of this is liable to Rs 200/-fine on the spot.
  11. Boarders may read newspapers on newspaper stand (not to be taken to the rooms)
  12. Follow the directions of the office from time to time.

Mess Norms

  1. No entry beyond serving counter, kitchen area & serving area is out of bound for boarders.
  2. Meal timing to be observed (there is no obligation to serve beyond prescribed time)

Timing: Breakfast 8:00 am to 9:30 am

              Lunch         1:00 pm to 2:45 pm

              Dinner        8:00 pm to 9:30pm  

  1. Two separate queues for scholars and PG boarders to be performed for meals.
  2. No one to take mess utensils out of dining hall. If anybody found doing so will be fined Rs 20/-per utensils on the spot.
  3. Timely payment of mess fee /fine is to be done. It is applicable during vacation too.
  4. No wastage of food.
  5. Come in person and also mark entries in mess (food register) maintained by mess Incharge.
  6. To avail the facility of meals during fasting time prior entries are to be made in fasting register maintained by the mess Incharge.
