• Creation of Users 
• Configuring of LAN/ WI-FI Settings on Individual machines/Laptops 
• Troubleshooting of various problems etc. 
• Preparing and processing the tender document for selection of a vendor for supply of various networking items.
• Technical support on Video conferencing for running Global Understanding Programme being run in collaboration with University of East Carolina. 
• Providing Video Conferencing facility through NKN for various events organized at the Centre/State level. 
• Conducting training programmes in the field of IT and Computer networks. 
• Maintaining Complete Telephone directory of the University with E-mail addresses
